The Regulatory Office for Network Industries (URSO) will be governed by the new decree on price regulation in power engineering. The decree has already undergone the interdepartmental review. The regulator accepted 200 comments, of which over 80 were principal. The Office partly accepted over 60 comments, of which 50 were principal. The most common entities that submitted comments were SEPS /44 comments, 22 were principal), Stredoslovenska Energetika – Distribucia (43/41), the Association of Energy Suppliers (33/25), the Association of Local Distribution Networks Operators (30/25), Zapadoslovenska Distribucna (30/29) and Vychodoslovenska Distribucna (28/27). The economy ministry also submitted 26 comments, eight were principal.
