The amendment to the Act on Regulation in Network Industries is facing criticism from energy companies, trade chambers and employers‘ associations, as well as the Regulatory Office for Network Industries (URSO). More than 40 entities have delivered over 180 comments concerning the amendment, of which nearly 120 were major. The economy ministry, the author of the amendment, has accepted only less than 40 comments, while eight were major. It partially identified with with ten comments, of which nine were major.
