The economy ministry is still seeking the consulting company which will carry out the analysis. The name of the consultant should be known at the end of August.

We have to wait some time for the final stance of the Slovak government in the sale of a 66-percent stake in the power utility Slovenske Elektrarne. The government wants to use the analysis to make a decision on whether it will show an interest in the stake in the Slovak dominant electricity producer Slovenske Elektrarne put up for sale by Italian Enel, if so what stake it will want to acquire. The consulting company will carry out this analysis. The economy ministry continues looking for this consulting company. „The deadline for bids was set to Monday, August 17. The ministry will evaluate the bids based on the criteria set out in the framework agreement,“ a spokeswoman for the economy ministry, Miriam Ziakova, informed.
