Slovakia Energy takes over alternative supplier from Zilina
The Antimonopoly Office has begun the administrative proceedings in regard of the takeover of Right Power by Slovakia Energy.
Households and corporations which were supplied by Zilina-based energy company Right Power will have a new supplier after the company was taken over by another alternative supplier Slovakia Energy. The Antimonopoly Office (PMU) has already started the administrative proceedings in regard to the acquisition involving two companies Slovakia Energy and Energy Power. „We have started the administrative proceedings. The company Slovakia Energy will gain exclusive control over the part of the company Right Power,“ a spokeswoman for the Office, Adriana Olsavska, informed. The Antimonopoly Office has also begun the administrative proceedings in connection with the takeover of the part of the company Right Power by the Czech company Bohemia Energy. Prague-based company Bohemia Energy is the parent company of Slovakia Energy.
