SIEA takes another step towards support for small RES

The Slovak Innovation and Energy Agency has begun the registration of the contractors that will be authorised to install small devices that will use the renewables.

The project called Green to Households, which enables Slovak households to apply for a state subsidy to purchase and install a small renewable energy source has moved to the the next stage. The Slovak Innovation and Energy Agency (SIEA) has begun the registration of contractors that will be authorised to install small devices that will use the renewables. „A registered contractor can be a natural person – entrepreneur or a legal entity registered in Slovakia or EU member state. The contribution in a form of a voucher can be used by households only if the installation of the device is provided by an authorized contractor via qualified persons,“ said director of the Department of Communication and International Cooperation at SIEA.
