Slovak companies Eustream and SPP have not yet recorded any cuts in Russian gas supplies from Ukraine.

Russia halted gas supplies to Ukraine on Wednesday. Slovakia has not yet been affected by this move. Slovak gas carrier Eustream, which transports Russian gas further to the west, has not yet recorded any supplies cuts compared to the agreed amounts. The largest gas supplier in Slovakia, state-owned company Slovensky Plynarensky Priemysel (SPP), has not recorded any cuts as well. „We currently do not record any supplies cuts. We have made careful preparations which took some time and have taken measures to ensure gas deliveries in any situation. We may assure our customers that the comfort of households and economy of companies will remain untouched during the upcoming winter,“ SPP‘s spokesman Michal Holes informed the portal vEnergetike.sk.
