The Regulatory Office for Network Industries has already submitted price decrees for an interdepartmental review.

The Regulatory Office for Network Industries (URSO) will follow the new rules in setting the maximum prices for electricity, gas, heat, water and sewage next year. The regulator has already submitted the amendments to its decrees for an interdepartmental review which set the price regulation in the power energy, heating, water suppliers and sewage and waste water treatment. The decrees that the regulator hopes will lead to better price regulation and will enable to approve adequate energy prices for protected consumers are to come into effect in July 2018. “The need of decrees resulted from the adoption of the Regulation policy for the regulated period 2017-2021 and practice over the years 2017 and 2018,“ URSO informed.
