Among others, the power utility Slovenske Elektrarne, which informed about the ongoing interdepartmental review, has also sent comments on the new regulatory policy draft for the years 2017 to 2021. „We only noted the necessity to respect transparency, consistency and stability of the regulatory framework throughout the regulatory period and prevent its unpredictable, excessive, frequent or ad-hoc legislative modifications and changes seen during this regulatory period,“ the head of the Slovenske Elektrarne’s foreign regulation, Robert Jambrich, said.
