The chairman of the Supreme Audit Office, Karol Mitrik, refused to reveal the details of the audit in Slovenske Elektrarne which took place roughly a month ago.
The results of the audit carried out by the Supreme Audit Office (NKU) in the power utility Slovenske Elektrarne remain secret. The chairman of the office, Karol Mitrík, refused to reveal more details. “It was a vast control. I reject to disclose any details,” he said at the press conference on Friday. He is convinced that the results of the audit at Slovenske Elektrarne were so serious that the General Prosecutor’s Office as well as the Financial Directorate of the Slovak Republic should deal with them.
