Minister Ziga: Eastring gas pipeline on the right track
In connection with Eastring project, Slovakia has already signed two Memorandums of Understanding with Hungary and Bulgaria. A memorandum with Romany is still missing.
The gas pipeline project Eastring still enjoys support from the Slovak government. Economy Minister Peter Ziga says that the project is feasible. „We are on the right track,“ Ziga said after the Cabinet’s session. In this connection, Slovakia has already signed two Memorandums of Understanding with Hungary and Bulgaria. „We still need to sign a memorandum with Romany and the entire Eastring project could be launched subsequently,“ Ziga said.
