According to the Nuclear Regulatory Authority, Slovenske Elektrarne (SE) is preparing documentation necessary for the permit to introduce the nuclear installation into operation and for the operation itself.
The pace of construction work of the third and fourth nuclear block in Mochovce improved last year, the Nuclear Regulatory Authority (UJD) informed the portal vEnergetike.sk. „Last year, the permit holder united coordination and management of the conventional and nuclear part of the Mochovce project and reinforced the project team last year which resulted in acceleration of assembly activities,“ a spokeswoman for the authority, Zuzana Hostovecka, informed. Slovenske Elektrarne (SE), which is completing nuclear units in Mochovce, has already informed the Nuclear Regulatory Authority that it was preparing documentation necessary for the permit to introduce the nuclear installation into operation and for the operation itself.
