The company Nafta plans to raise its share in the company Pozagas.

The shareholder structure of the company Pozagas is likely to change. The Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic has initiated an administrative procedure in regard with a merger, in which the company Energeticky a Prumyslovy Holding (EPH) will acquire direct and exclusive control over Pozagas. Currently, Pozagas has three shareholders. SPP Infrastructure and Nafta own 35 percent each and the French company GDF International has a 30-percent share. The company Nafta confirmed that shareholder changes in the company Pozagas will concern its position. „The administrative procedure concerns the planned increase of Nafta’s share in Pozagas,“ external communication specialist at Nafta, Alena Maslakova Skvrndova, informed the portal vEnergetike.sk. She rejected to provide further information.
